This is the result of a collaboration and joint efforts by ILO and UNICEF, the publication analyses budget allocations, trends and fiscal space available for non-contributory social protection in Mozambique, raising several key aspects for policy makers consideration, including this year a specific chapter on Social Protection Response Plan to COVID-19.
