Monitoring the performance of the Youth Guarantee: A learning package

The aim of this learning package is to offer easy-to-use tools to policymakers and practitioners with the view to monitoring the performance of youth employment policy and programmes. This package can be used to develop training sessions on concepts and approaches for performance monitoring of employment measures that are part of the broader framework of the Youth Guarantee.
