Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Guide
The guidebook aims to help trade unions design work programs strategically, systematically and logically to achieve the expected targets. As well as identifying the expected results from a certain period which are determined based on the results framework, indicators and targets.
This Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Guidebook is intended to guide social partners, especially trade unions/labour unions in developing employment programs within organizations. Strengthen and support trade union understanding of the main pillars in the programming cycle by using a results-based management (RBM) approach consisting of planning, monitoring, reporting, evaluation and learning implemented at the strategic program or project level.
