This module provides basic knowledge on livestock breeding which is important for improvement of quality and productivity of animal husbandry.
The package with nine modules was designed to increase herder's knowledge on pastoral livestock rearing. The nine modules capture the most important aspects of pastoral livestock rearing including basic business skills. They are complemented with a self-assessment checklist on the practical application of the learning, a livestock rearing calendar and a household financial account book template.
