The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) and Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CPFI) represented herein by their heads of office. These institutions shall make the necessary arrangement to make ensure satisfactory implementation of this partnership based on the items and conditions that were stipulated in the agreement.
