Manual on participatory assessment of policy coherence

The manual is a continuation of the ILO work on promoting policy coherence in the context of labour migration and aims to reinforce the assessment methodologies by including all relevant stakeholders through a structured participatory approach.

The data collection and analysis will be more effective and the proposals for the adjustments of the policy coherence consistent with the identified challenges. Using a participatory approach and increasing the awareness of all partners will also ensure better and more active participation in the implementation process, and in the recovery efforts.
