Managing Transitions and Retrenchments Guidelines (Version 2.0)
The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting the world of work, increasing unemployment and underemployment, and disproportionately impacting women workers who make up the majority of the garment workforce.
These guidelines are designed to help factories confronting these economic challenges and to do so in line with applicable laws, internationally accepted good practices, and international labour standards.
