The Evaluation Office of the International Labour Organisation (ILO/ ILO-EVAL) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified consultants (team leader and/or team member) to conduct an Independent Midterm Evaluation of the ILO project: Local Empowerment through Economic Development and Reconciliation Project (LEED+), Sri Lanka. <p> For more information, please see the attached Expression of Interest and Terms of Reference. <p> The deadline to submit an expression of interest for undertaking the evaluation is by Monday, 13th July 2020.
