Labour standards compliance under DOLE's labour inspection system

The objectives of the study are to: (a) know and understand the different employment relationships before applying the relevant labour standards; (b) enhance the technical knowledge of users on employment labour standards as defined in the Labor Code, its implementing rules and other relevant regulations; (c) introduce users to the DOLE-prescribed tools for assessing compliance with labour standards; and (d) encourage users to use social dialogue approaches, particularly negotiation, conciliation and mediation, in efficiency and effectively addressing of non-compliance.
