Job opportunities for youth - special edition, September 2008

JOY programme falls under the Netherlands-ILO Cooperation Program (NICP) and is being implemented in Central, South and South East Asia as well as in parts of Africa and Latin America. In Indonesia, the programme will address the challenges of youth employment and support two local economic development pilots in East Java.
