Prepared within the framework of the United Nations Joint Programme on the Transformative Growth of the Care Economy in Türkiye, the policy brief assesses the expected benefits of scaling up care policies and services to promote equality between women and men, decent work and broad-based growth.

The Joint Programme is led by the International Labour Organization (ILO) under the coordination of the UN Resident Coordinator and implemented in partnership with UNDP, with technical contributions from UN Women, UNICEF and UNFPA. The Ministry of Family and Social Services acted as the main national partner, ensuring alignment with national policy priorities.
