Interacting with workers' organizations: A primer for ADB staff

The primer provides introductory information, summaries of relevant passages of the Asian Development Banks (ADB's) policies and strategies and links to information and tools. It explains how consultation with workers' organizations may be incorporated into the programme and project cycle, and provides some examples on how this has been done. The aim is to contribute to successful project outcomes and enhancement of benefits to affected people.

The primer aims to: (a) supply general information o workers' organizations; (b) provide ADB staff members and other stakeholders working on projects that may involve workers' organizations with information about and references to the appropriate policies and documents, including ADB publications and other source material; and (c) thereby help to improve outcomes of ADB's project activities.
