The National IR Report 2019 – a product of collaboration between the ILO and MOLISA ILSSA, is developed in the hope of producing a working paper for labour researchers, labour practitioners and policy makers in industrial relations. Content in the report should be
considered in line with the legal framework of the time, especially in recognition of the Labour Code 2012 and considering changes in the Labour Code 2019.
