Impact evaluation of behaviourally informed awareness campaigns to expand social security coverage in Jordan

This publication presents experimental evidence generated through behavioural interventions to expand social security coverage among small firms in Jordan. Drawing on administrative data and surveys, the study evaluates the impact and cost-effectiveness of in-person outreach and SMS campaigns in improving employers' knowledge, engagement with social security services and worker registration. The findings inform evidence-based outreach strategies to expand social protection coverage.
