ILO Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises: Annual update 2024-25

Now celebrating its 15th anniversary, the SCORE Programme has reached over 6,000 enterprises and one million workers across more than 30 countries, fostering productivity, decent work, and sustainable business growth.

This year’s update showcases achievements at both global and country levels - from innovations such as the AI-powered SCORE bot in China and SCORE4Climate initiatives promoting a just transition for SMEs, to new partnerships in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Together, these efforts demonstrate how workplace cooperation and inclusive and resource-efficient enterprise practices continue to drive competitiveness and resilience in SMEs worldwide.
