ILO Evaluation Office is calling for proposals from teams of consultants (preferably an International consultant as team leader and a Timorese national consultant as team member), firms, or individuals to conduct an independent midterm evaluation of “ILO Enhancing Rural Access Agro-Forestry - Improving access to agro-forestry areas” (ERA Agro-Forestry) (ERAAF) project. <p> For further details about the evaluation, please see the attached Expression of Interest and Terms of Reference. <p> The deadline for submitting the proposal is by Sunday 4 October 2020.
