Healthy socio-economic recovery of the micro and small enterprise sector of Sri Lanka - Final joint independent evaluation

The Evaluation Office of the International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking expression of interest from qualified individual/company to lead a final independent evaluation of a Joint project between ILO and UNOPS on Healthy Socio-Economic Recovery of the Micro and Small Enterprise Sector of Sri Lanka. <p> This is a joint evaluation being co-managed by ILO and UNOPS. ILO is mandated to recruit the evaluation team leader while UNOPS is mandated to recruit the evaluation team member. The two evaluators are to work together to deliver the deliverables as per this joint evaluation ToR. Please see the attached expression of interest and terms of reference for more detail. <p> Applying as Evaluation Team leader please submit your proposal or expression of interest to ILO Evaluation manager Ms. Pamornrat Pringsulaka ([email protected]) indicating the title of the evaluation. The deadline for submitting the EOIs is by end of Tuesday 23 March 2021.
