Guidelines to analyze the performance of national youth guarantees

The aim of these guidelines is to provide member States with a template framework for the collection and analysis of monitoring data on all the policy areas of the Youth Guarantee. This template uses, as far as possible, the indicators designed by the European framework for monitoring and evaluating the Youth Guarantee and provide suggestions on how to exploit existing administrative and household-based data for analyzing progress.
