"Good Practices on Extending Social Security in China": in 2024, with support from the ILO under the EU-funded project “Improving China’s Institutional Capacity Towards Universal Social Protection (Phase 2),” the Chinese Academy of Labour and Social Security (CALSS) under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) of China, developed three briefs capturing successful initiatives implemented in recent years to enhance the coverage and efficiency of the social security system in China:
