This study presents a proposal for a gender-sensitive, safe, and effective complaint and support mechanism model to address violence and harassment in the workplace in Türkiye.
Developed to combat workplace violence and harassment in Türkiye, this model has been designed in line with C190 and R206 principles and draws on international examples of best practices. The model clearly emphasizes employers' responsibility to support victims while encouraging workers to actively participate in resolution processes within the framework of social dialogue. Incorporating feedback from public institutions, workers' and employers' organizations, and developed through a comprehensive approach rooted in social dialogue, this model aims to ensure the sustainability of a safe and respectful working environment.
