Gender responsive technical guidelines in implementing the Act 18/2017 on Protection of the Indonesian Migrant Workers (in Bahasa Indonesia)

This guide was developed with the main objective of providing comprehensive guidance on fair and safe work migration for tripartite plus or other stakeholders related to migration, namely: (1) Government; (2) P3MI, and; (3) migrant workers' unions plus related civil society organizations, particularly in the framework of providing guidelines for a safe and fair migration process from a gender perspective.
