The benefits perceived by women entrepreneurs with micro and small enterprises that participated in the training courses and the capacities of participating ToE trainers from ILO WED partner organisations are presented and discussed here to provide feedback and recommendations to assist in developing the programme further for Indonesia and elsewhere.
