The evaluation was undertaken to determine if the project has achieved its stated objectives; to assess the impact of the project in terms of sustained improvements achieved during the project timeframe; to document good practices that could be used as models for activities in other projects and recommend the next steps to the ILO, the donor, and national stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and future effectiveness of project interventions.
