Family-friendly policies and other good workplace practices in the context of COVID-19: Key steps employers can take

The impact of the COVID-19 has moved beyond a public health emergency to a human, social and economic crisis affecting all countries in different ways. The guidance leaflet developed based on materials by UNICEF and ILO, and published in cooperation with ILO, UNICEF and UN Women, provides useful advices for employers to help strengthen support for workers and their families to alleviate the negative impacts of COVID-19.
