Experiencing social dialogue: Reinforcing the capacity of workplace committees to deliver sound labour relations in garment factories

The Workplace Coordinating Committee (WCC) and joint Occupational Safety and Health committees (J-OSH) are central institutions under the Myanmar Labour Law as they are designed to enable social dialogue to improve working conditions, and to prevent and resolve disputes between workers and their representatives and management.
