The focus of this brief is on the introduction of a multi-tiered child benefit in Viet Nam’s social security system. It will discuss the multiple dimensions of social security in which it can have a positive impact if introduced in Viet Nam, while highlighting its alignment with the objectives established by Resolution 28-NQ/TW.
