This study is a major step forward toward improving our understanding of the impact of SCORE Training on the productivity and working conditions of SMEs. It shows that SCORE Training has a positive impact on the business operations, productivity and working conditions of participating firms. It also provides important lessons learned, building on the lessons learned of the previous impact studies; these will be instrumental in the design of future programmes to improve productivity and working conditions in SMEs.
