Employment relationships and working conditions in an Ikea rattan supply chain
The research presents the findings on the working conditions of homeworkers engaged in the lowest tiers of the IKEA rattan supply chain, and presents recommendations to strengthen labour standards compliance in the supply chain so as to benefit both workers and businesses.
