The employment intensity of growth : trends and macroeconomic determinants

Develops a multivariate model to address why countries with similar economic growth patterns often differ in the employment intensity and why, within countries, this intensity show variations among different subgroups of the population. Gives data by region, GDP growth, youth, female and male employment.
