Employment diagnostic analysis: British Virgin Islands

The objective of this employment diagnostic analysis in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) is to paint a picture of the employment situation in the Territory. Through identifying principal constraints along with opportunities that can improve labour market outcomes, an employment diagnostic serves as the foundation for building consensus among world of work actors and prioritizing policy interventions to achieve decent work for all. This analysis is intended to serve as the first step towards the preparation of a potential future National Employment Policy for the BVI.
