Embracing digital in Uganda

This guide builds on the ILO’s global Digitalise Your Business training guide, featuring expanded content to address the digital needs of freelancers, digital entrepreneurs and owners of micro and small businesses in Uganda, including those in forcibly displaced communities. It also includes new sections on cyber sec rity and data protection.
This Uganda edition provides owners of micro and small businesses (from now on referred to as MSE owners), digital entrepreneurs and freelancers with practical knowledge and real-world examples of how to use and make the most of digital tools. It covers such subjects as social media, e-commerce and online marketing, and examines tools for streamlining payments, accounting, inventory management, shipping and delivery.
