Migrants victims of exploitation and trafficking

Developing a system of linkages, cooperation and coordination of service providers in Italy, France and the Philippines to improve delivery of services to distressed Filipino migrants, particularly victims of exploitation and trafficking

This study is a contribution towards the development of a more structured system of linkages, cooperation and coordination among service providers in Italy, France and the Philippines to address more efficiently and effectively the needs of distressed Filipino migrants.

The specific objectives of the study are to: (a) examine existing services and delivery systems available to distressed migrants, in particular victims of exploitation and trafficking in the Philippines, Italy and France, and the linkages, cooperation and coordination among service providers; and (b) identify key challenges and propose ways to move forward in developing guidelines for cooperation and coordination among service providers in the Philippines and in the host countries, and in improving provision of services to Filipino migrants.
