Decent work results and effectiveness of ILO operations: An ex-post meta-analysis of development cooperation evaluations, 2025

This report brings together the findings of 45 final independent project evaluations that were conducted in 2025 to understand the extent to which the ILO is advancing decent work and effectiveness of its operations around the world. By reviewing the results side-by-side, the meta-analysis helps the ILO learn what is working well and where improvements are needed.
