The Government of Bangladesh has been developing and maintaining bilateral relationships for labour migration with countries in the Middle East and East Asia. Such relationships are promoted through memoranda of understanding and bilateral labour agreements. This document contains a list of minimum standards for developing rights-based MoUs and/or BLAs.
