Comparative analysis of national skills development policies: A guide for policy makers
The new study was undertaken by the ILO to do a comparative analysis of National Skills Development Policies of 12 countries from Africa (Botswana, South Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zambia, Swaziland, Zimbabwe) and Asia and the Pacific. This paper would be a part of the ILO strategy to enable policy makers in developing effective and equitable policies suitable for their country's context.
