“Combating Trafficking in Human Beings through the practice of domestic courts”, All for fair trials

The report identifies shortcomings in the judicial system related to these issues and provides recommendations for improvement in the prosecution and the protection to the victims of trafficking in human beings. Adequately trained' observers, lawyers and attorneys, from January to September 2005, have observed total of 32 cases (all trials regarding the criminal acts: Trafficking in Human beings, Mediation in prostitution and Smuggling of migrants) at 102 hearings against 83 perpetrators in Basic courts in Macedonia.
