COIN: COMPETITIVE INDUSTRIES (Where employers and workers are two sides of one COIN)
COIN is a package of modules designed to help medium and large size companies improve industrial relations, workers-management communication, dispute resolution and promote decent work environment.
The COIN Package has two sides. The first one focuses on building the management capacity on HR and OSH, while the other side focuses on building workers capacities on duties, rights and basic OSH principles.
