Capacity building on freedom of association

Capacity building component of the Project “Promoting Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining in the Philippines”: Completion report

The capacity building component of the project “Promoting Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining in the Philippines” consists of two main outputs. Output 1 is the design, development and pilot testing of two Philippine-specific training modules on collective bargaining, social dialogue and tripartism. Output 2 is the finalization of the modules.

The modules seek to contribute in strengthening the capacity of the social partners as well as the government in promoting more effective collective bargaining, social dialogue and tripartism in the Philippines within and outside the enterprise level. Incorporating relevant ILO instruments on freedom of association, collective bargaining, social dialogue and tripartism, the modules are also intended for use and adaptation by the social partners in delivering capacity building trainings for their members.
