Cambodia Decent Work Country Programme for 2024-2028

The 2024–28 Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) for the Kingdom of Cambodia provides a five-year framework for cooperation between the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the national constituents (the Cambodia Government and employers’ and workers’ organizations). The document reflects the priorities of the national constituents as well as findings of a review of the DWCP 2019–23 and an analysis of decent work trends, opportunities and challenges in Cambodia. By strengthening efforts to attain decent, productive and sustainable work for all, the Country Programme contributes towards Cambodia’s Vision 2030 and 2050 roadmaps. It will likewise support national plans for Least Developed Country (LDC) graduation as well as help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) agenda.
