Botswana National Employment Policy Implementation Plan

The implementation of NEP is linked to the effective implementation of various national and sectorial policies that have a bearing on employment creation, skills development and employability. The NEP requires coordinated action from all key stakeholders such as government ministries, organisations of public and private sectors, labour unions and civil society organisations. All these actors have specific and joint responsibilities that they must fulfil.
