Basic Entrepreneurial Steps Toward Professional Realisation and Organization (BEST PRO)

The International Labour Organization (ILO), in collaboration with the Performing Arts Network for Empowerment Leadership in Zimbabwe (PANELZ), supported the development of the BEST PRO Toolkit, a practical guide that equips artists and creative entrepreneurs with tools to formalize their enterprises, enhance business sustainability, and promote decent work in Zimbabwe’s cultural and creative industries. Developed under the Policy Advocacy for Creative Empowerment (PACE) project, the toolkit integrates entrepreneurship training with the ILO’s decent work principles, contributing to the implementation of Zimbabwe’s National Cultural and Creative Industries Strategy (2020–2030).
