This brief highlights that the automated unified contract for workers in private schools and kindergartens represents a strategic step toward promoting decent work and strengthening principles of transparency and compliance in Jordan’s private education sector. The International Labour Organization, in collaboration with national partners, has contributed to developing this digital system, which ensures the secure documentation of contracts, electronic wage payments, and enhanced social protection and compliance monitoring.
