Assessment of skills development and training needs of returnees in Mombasa and Nairobi counties

This report assesses the skills profiles, training needs, and reintegration challenges of returnee migrant workers in Mombasa and Nairobi counties. It examines gaps in skills recognition, access to training, job placement, business support, and market opportunities, and provides recommendations to strengthen returnees’ economic reintegration through more responsive training systems, employment services, and policy support in Kenya.
