Assessment of Private Recruitment Agencies (PrEAs) in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda

This report assesses the regulation and operation of Private Recruitment Agencies in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda, examining recruitment practices, oversight systems and key challenges affecting migrant workers. It provides recommendations to strengthen fair recruitment, improve accountability and enhance migrant worker protection across the three countries.
