Assessment of Awareness-raising interventions to prevent irregular migration

The study assessed awareness-raising initiatives undertaken by the government of Ethiopia and other key stakeholders to deter irregular migration. The study looked at the various communication strategies including mass media, training, community conversation and infotainment programmes used to reach broader audience as well as targeted vulnerable social groups.
