Assessing strengths and challenges of RBSA-funded interventions: A meta-analysis of ILO RBSA-funded interventions, 2018-22

i-eval THINK Piece, No. 24 - June 2023 <p> This Think Piece presents the key findings from an independent review of the effectiveness of Regular Budget Supplementary Account supported interventions in attaining Decent Work Results, based on evaluation reports from 2018-2022. The review took a meta-evaluation approach, using EVAL’s existing development effectiveness measurement tool. It focusses on the added value and the governance and management strengths and challenges of the RBSA fund, presenting learnings and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of RBSA-funded interventions.
