ASEAN-ILO/Japan Industrial Relations Project (ASEAN IR Project) aims to promote constructive industrial relations among the ASEAN countries; built capacity of the constituents through international exposure, exchange of experience and information on industrial relations; and support the ASEAN Secretariat to disseminate knowledge and information about good industrial relations practices among its members.
