Argentina: Two-level approach to digitalization

This Case Study is part of the research conducted by the ILO’s Bureau for Employers’ Activities (ACT/EMP) for the development of the 2022 Regional Report “Where Are Employers’ Organizations on the Journey Toward Digitalization? A Look at Latin America.” The Argentine Industrial Union (UIA) is driving an internal digital transformation to standardize processes, improve services, and support decision-making. It is also creating tools to promote digitalization among its members. This process enabled continuity during the pandemic and strengthened the reach and innovation capacity across its entire industrial network.
