Anticipation of skills need in the Republic of Moldova

Skill needs anticipation is an integral part of the broader labour market information system in Moldova. This study focuses on a number of essential components, including data (production and collection), methods and tools, information flow and use, as well as analytical capacity and institutions, coordination and cooperation. The study explains the main challenges to developing robust skill needs anticipation and offers recommendations on opportunities for the development of the skill needs anticipation and assessment system.
