This report presents the results of the actuarial valuation of the Unemployment Insurance Scheme (JKP) administered by the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan (BPJS Employment).

This report presents the results of the actuarial valuation of Indonesia’s Unemployment Insurance Scheme (JKP) administered by the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan (BPJS Employment) as at 31 December 2024, and reflects the legal amendments introduced under Government Regulation No. 6/2025, effective from 7 February 2025. The valuation assesses the scheme’s financial sustainability over the 2025–2034 projection period under the applicable financing rules and expected demographic and economic conditions. It also discusses key policy considerations related to the scheme’s financing and design, including adequacy and alignment with international standards.
